This cutting will have at least one node and one leaf. 10-15cm. Not rooted
Propagate: in water or directly in a soil.
Soil type: Well draining and good aeration.
Care tip for propagation in water: The node on the stem of this cutting must be in water at all times. For best results. Use previously boiled water or bottle water at room temperature. Tap water might contain extra minerals that could damage the cutting and slow down the growth process. Keep in a spot with medium to high indirect sunlight.
Care tip for propagation in soil: Make sure to use a pot that allows good drainage and soil that is well aerated. Keep soil moist but not soggy at all times. Keep in a spot with medium to high indirect sunlight.

Your first weeks together
- Root it in water: stand the stem in a glass so the node stays under water, and change the water weekly (boiled and cooled or bottled water is best).
- Or plant the node 2 to 3cm deep in a small pot of airy, free-draining mix and keep it moist but not soggy.
- Keep it in medium to bright indirect light. Once water roots are 3 to 5cm long, pot it into soil.
