Shipping policy

Important to note:

I-GO-ECO (PTY) LTD reserves the right to advise you at any point after you placed and paid for the order that the shipment fees will be more expensive than originally quoted by our online shop system. Cases where this could happen can be as below however not limited to:

  • If your delivery address is: A hospital, plot/farm, chain store, power station.
  • If your delivery address falls in a remote area not covered by standard courier rates.

i-go-eco will communicate this to you after you placed and paid for your order if required and after it has been considered to be the only resolution. Should any of the above be the case, i-go-eco will work with you to find the best solution for the specific case. This hardly ever occur, however it is required to state accordingly. 

Pudo shipment rates are strictly based on a "locker to locker" basis.

It remains your responsibility as the customer to make sure that you have a pudo locker close to you.

i-go-eco will send the parcel to the locker closest to your address that you have provided when placing the order. We will check with you before shipment if we are not sure what locker is the closest. 

You are welcome to add the specific locker location in the "special instructions"  field when placing the order.

Note: "If you don’t pick up your package within 48 hours following the notification with the PIN code, the package will be sent back to the closest pudo Kiosk or Depot."

Uncollected Pudo parcels remains the responsibility of the client. We will be happy to assist with tracking and tracing of the parcel. However costs involved to redeliver the parcel to a locker or address will need to be resolved, arranged and paid for directly by you the customer to Pudo / The Courier Guy. 

 

Order processing times are separate from the date and time that the shipment takes place and the duration of the shipment that you see at check out. 

This means in timeline:

Paying by card online: Order placing and paying by card, you immediately receive a confirmation email, we receive and process your order within 2 working days, your order is shipped within 7 working days after we have processed your order (this timeline excludes weekends and public holidays)

Paying by EFT: Order placing, you immediately receive a confirmation email, you process your EFT, order is processed within 2 working days after your EFT has reflected in our account, your order is shipped within 7 working days after we have processed your order (this timeline excludes weekends and public holidays)

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification as soon as your order has been shipped. 

Shipment takes place within 7 working days after your order has been processed.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Some of our products offer multiple shipping options giving you the option to choose the estimated shipping time against a price for that option.

In store pickup:

We do not currently offer in store pickup. 

 

International shipping:

We only offer delivery in South Africa at this point in time. 

 

How will you check your order status once you have placed an order:

This will be the chain of events.

  • You will receive a order confirmation email once your online payment has been completed.
  • As soon as your order is packed and left with the shipping company another confirmation mail will be sent to you that will advise what courier company is being used for your particular order as well as the corresponding waybill number. Where possible, a link will be included to their tracking site so that you can enter your waybill number at your leisure for tracking.
